Sugar Test Lab exists to show observed glucose responses to everyday foods as honestly as possible.

What we publish

We publish experiment data, the averages calculated from it, and short explanations. Numbers are derived from recorded readings; we do not invent, round up or cherry-pick results.

Review before publishing

Experiments, translations and any automatically generated text move through review before they go live. Content that has not been reviewed is not shown to search engines.

What we don't do

We don't label foods as "good" or "bad", make health or weight-loss claims, or publish testimonials we can't verify.

Corrections

If you find an error, contact us. We correct mistakes promptly and update the affected page.
